Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Printables, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion. If you believe you have a valid concern, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.


2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you purchased a physical item (such as breast pump accessories or merchandise), you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions below:

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened personal care items (for hygienic reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we made an error in your order
  • Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

4. Subscriptions & Memberships

Refunds for unused subscription periods are not automatically granted, but we will review refund requests made within 7 days of the initial charge.
