1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if an item is out of stock, processing may be delayed slightly. We’ll notify you promptly via email if there’s any delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected, item weight, and destination.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Orders shipped within the U.S. typically include tracking, which will be sent via email once your order ships.


4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination.

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Please check with your country’s customs office for more details before placing an international order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed beyond the expected delivery date, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery
  • Provide your order number and tracking number (if available)
  • Include photos of damaged items if applicable

We will work with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
